2025 Young Life Clay Shoot

  • You are registering by yourself. We'll either place you on the team of your choice or we'll put you on a team that needs an extra shooter

  • Team of 6 shooters. Ammo (12 or 20 gauge), meal, prizes, and drinks included.

  • Can't join us for the fun but want to invest in the kids in our community and have your logo at one of our shooter stations.

  • Team of 6 shooters. Ammo (12 or 20 gauge), meal, prizes, and drinks included. This also includes a station sponsor sign.

  • · Your company’s logo on apparel/merchandise given to all shooters.
    · Recognition as supporting sponsor of the event.
    · Company Logo will appear at a shooting station, in our event booklet, and on the event banner.
    · Includes two teams of six.

  • · Event Title in your company’s name. Recognition as presenting sponsor of the event.
    · Company Logo will appear at a shooting station, in our event booklet, and on the event banner as the presenting sponsor.
    · Includes two teams of six.

**REQUIRED WAIVERS**

To be able to participate in our Clay Shoot, each of the two waivers below must be completed and signed BEFORE the shoot begins at 1 PM on May 19th. 

We will not be offering an electronic option of completeing these forms. 

- You may either PRINT the forms, fill them out PRIOR to the shoot, and bring them with you TO the shoot. 

- OR you may anticipate taking the time to fill out the forms on site PRIOR to the shoot's start time of 1 PM on May 19th. We will have printed copies available for you at the registration table at the shoot.
