You are registering by yourself. We'll either place you on the team of your choice or we'll put you on a team that needs an extra shooter.
**REQUIRED WAIVERS**
To be able to participate in our Clay Shoot, each of the three waivers below must be completed and signed BEFORE the shoot begins at 1 PM on May 19th.
We will not be offering an electronic option of completeing these forms.
- You may either PRINT the forms, fill them out PRIOR to the shoot, and bring them with you TO the shoot.
- OR you may anticipate taking the time to fill out the forms on site PRIOR to the shoot's start time of 1 PM on May 19th. We will have printed copies available for you at the registation table at the shoot.
